Here is the first picture of our little peanut!!! The CRM (crown to rump measurement) was 5.5 millimeters and the heart beat was 188 bpm!! We could see the hearbeat flashing, and it looked like a hummingbirds wings...it was moving sooo fast!
We met several of the nurses who were really sweet and fun. They definitely gave Jim a hard time after some of his jokes fell flat...hehehe :)
Our appointment was with Laurel Spence who is Dr. Lisa Beard's nurse practitioner. She is wonderful and amazing, and we are so blessed to have her with us through this process. Here is a little bit about her and Dr. Beard!
They sent me home with the bag-o-fun below. Lots of information about the baby, the hospital, and being pregnant. I also got a cute magazine and a blinged out pen! Super exciting!!!
