Week 12!!! Plum!!!

Baby is the size of a plum!!!

I LOVE plums!!! Plums have been one of my favorite fruits for as long as I can remember.  I honestly prefer to eat them plain, BUT the below recipe is a very simple but SUPER delicious dessert!

Grilled Plums with Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients:
Plums (washed, sliced in half and pitted)
Vanilla Ice Cream (preferably blue bell!)

Heat and light oil your grill.  Grill plums, sliced side up, until charred.  Flip over and grill until the fruit is really soft, five minutes depending on how ripe the plums were.  Serve grilled plum halves in a bowl topped with vanilla ice cream!
