In completely expected Silliman fashion, Jim and I ran to Barnes and Noble to find our reference books! Unexpectedly however was the magnitude of available reading material. We ended up deciding on a recommended book What to Expect When You're Expecting, a Mayo Clinic Guide (I became very familiar with Mayo Clinic while working for Minnesota), and a What to Expect, Eating Well, When You're Expecting (I can't seem to get enough recipe books, Wynn Dee and Mom can both vouch for that one ;) ). 
The last book on the counter was a great addition from Mark, The Expectant Father. Jim loves flippling through it and snickering to himself...it has its serious parts, but my understanding it's mostly empathy written in guy speak!
So...we are doing our research and studying everything that is happening and is going to happen!
Between our books, the Internet, and friends we are getting more information than we ever thought possible. However, we both also remember that sometimes we should just enjoy it and go with the flow.
